<p> DIGITAL CAMERA USE AND PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS Canon Powershot A580 and Selphy printer ES2 Cameras are in pixus. Printers are at nursing stations.</p><p>1. Handle camera with clean hands/gloves only. Camera may be gently cleaned with Saniwipes if needed.</p><p>2. Use MACRO (flower on left of silver four way button back of camera) setting when photographing wounds. This allows for a clear picture up close.</p><p>3. Hold camera at 90 degree angle from wound and center wound in grid lines on back of camera.</p><p>4. There must be a centimeter measuring tape in every photo.</p><p>5. Take as many shots as you like to get a good one but print only one picture of each wound.</p><p>6. Remove memory chip from camera's battery compartment on bottom of camera and insert it print side up in the middle slot at bottom of printer.</p><p>7. Turn printer on and use silver arrow buttons ▼▲◄►on top right of printer to select the photo you want to print.</p><p>8. Press EDIT button on top left of printer to crop and silver arrow buttons on top right to center photo making sure centimeter tape is visible. </p><p>9. Press + or  buttons top left on printer to enlarge or decrease size of crop area, then press silver SET button top right of printer to select that area to print. Only the area within the green grid lines will print.</p><p>10. After you have selected all the photos you want to print, press the PRINT button top right on printer. Do not interfere with paper or remove memory chip during printing. Two photos can print on one piece of paper.</p><p>11. Cut paper in half after printing to separate photos. If you chose one photo to print, cut off white half and throw it away.</p><p>12. Place patient sticker on back of photo and mount photo on designated sheet. </p><p>13. Place photo sheet in Progress Notes with date, wound measurements, and your initials. DO NOT STAGE ULCERS.</p><p>14. Place memory chip back in camera and delete photos from memory chip after printing is complete.</p><p>15. Photo paper and ink cartridge is loaded into right side of printer. The printer will tell you when it needs a new cartridge. Use OPEN button right front of printer to access the cartridge. Once inside, use brown EJECT button top right of compartment.</p><p>16. Order additional paper/ink cartridges from eway on intranet. Easy photo pack E P 100. Cameras need two AA batteries.</p>
