<p> **********Sample Organizational Fact Sheet********** At Good Valley Retirement Community, we strive to make the town of Greensburg a better place to live by… </p><p>Delivering Quality Care and Services for Older Adults Good Valley is home to 95 low-income seniors. 90% of these seniors are Medicaid beneficiaries. The average age of our residents is 82 years old and their average income is $9,000 per year. We provide nutritious meals, health services and wellness activities to support our residents as they age.</p><p>Providing Resources to Community Members in Need Last month, we received nearly 40 calls from case managers, family members or seniors themselves needing our assisted living. Our waiting list is over 100 people long, but monthly we are able to move in 5 of these seniors and consistently communicate with those on the waiting list. </p><p>Promoting Economic Development More than 110 of Good Valley’s staff members are Greensburg residents. This year, our organization will pay approximately $9.2 million in wages and benefits to staff members who reside in or near Greensburg. </p><p>Serving as Active Community Members Good Valley’s residents, employees and board members are active members of the Greensburg community. They are affiliated with several organizations, including:  _Greensburg Chamber of Commerce  _Green County Council on Aging  _The Greater Greene County Lions Club As an organization, Good Valley has been serving the Greensburg community since 1965 and has developed partnerships with the following community organizations:  _Greensburg Elder Affairs Committee  _The Greene County United Way </p><p>We work together to ensure that Greensburg is a great place to live for people of all ages.
