The purpose of IMED2313, Project Analysis and Design is to provide students with a challenging real world experience. Your student team will be focusing on team building and project concepts. Because of the nature of this course, a completed project will not be available till the end of the semester. In order to make clear our understandings with each other, these are the terms of our agreement together: </p><p>1. Authorization. The above-named client is engaging Richland College, IMED2313.83420 Project Analysis and Design students for the specific project of developing and/or improving a World Wide website made ready to be installed on the client's web space on a web hosting service's computer. The client hereby authorizes Project Analysis and Design students to access any files which may be needed to complete this project. The client also authorizes Project Analysis and Design students to optimize the website for Web search engines, as well as other Web directories and indexes. </p><p>2. Standard Website Elements. Project Analysis and Design students may include the following elements in their Website Project: </p><p> E-mail/phone consultation Web design consultation, and communication with clients to learn to discuss sign-off options  Content supplied by the client  Links to external pages  Custom Graphics. Masthead graphic on first page (simple custom graphic incorporating company logo). Top-of-page graphic for all other pages in your website. Colorful lines and bullets, and colored and textured background if approved in the site design.  Photos and other misc. graphic images supplied by client </p><p>3. Completion Date. Project Analysis and Design students and the client must work together to complete the website in a timely manner. We agree to work expeditiously to complete the website no later than __May 10, 2013____. The client will receive a DVD with completed website ready to be installed on the client's web space on a web hosting service's computer. The client will be responsible for uploading the completed website to their web host provider.</p><p>If the client does not supply Project Analysis and Design students complete text copy and graphics content by _March 15, 2013_. The web site may not be available by the completion date</p><p>4. Copyrights and Trademarks. The client represents to Project Analysis and Design students and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Project Analysis and Design students for inclusion in web pages are owned by the client. </p><p>5. Copyright to Web pages.
