<p> 2015 Jan Overstreet Tournament </p><p>Thomasville Lady Tigers</p><p>Hello, Coaches!</p><p>I don’t know about you, but Softball season absolutely snuck up on me this year! I have put together the pools and bracket for our February 28 Jan Overstreet Tournament. Please look it over and let me know if you have any issues with times or anything. Also, please either mail your $150 entry fee to Thomasville High School Softball, 777 Gates Dr. Thomasville, AL 36784 or bring it with you when you check into the tournament that morning.</p><p>We will have an opening ceremony honoring Cancer survivors and the family of Thomasville’s late, beloved coach Jan Overstreet beginning promptly at 8:45. We would love for all teams to be in attendance for the ceremony, if possible, even if you do not have a 9:00 game. If you do have the 9:00 game, you may want to plan to be here a few minutes earlier than normal to warm up, as games will begin as soon as the ceremony is over.</p><p>Thank you for your participation!</p><p>Coach Richard Ellisor (251) 406-2461</p><p>Rules:</p><p>- 2 coolers per team (otherwise no outside coolers)</p><p>- Each team is responsible for 1 game ball for each game they play (Guaranteed 3 games)</p><p>- Coin flip decides home team for all games</p><p>- All games will be on 1:15 time limit (No new inning after 1:10) (Championship may go 7 innings if both coaches agree) - 1 extra inning will be allowed for pool games using International Tie Breaker after time has expired (games may end in a tie)</p><p>- Elimination games will use International Tie breaker until a winner is determined</p><p>- Single Elimination will begin at 2:00pm</p><p>- Seeding will be determined by a point system (most points = highest seed)</p><p>10 points for a win, 5 points for a tie, 0 points for a loss, -1 point for each run given up</p><p>(ex.
