Church St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 ______The Board upon motion by Phil Roeder and seconded by Nancy Shelly adopted the proposal that City Council issue a Certificate of Appropriateness for the proposed work described herein:</p><p>1. To install a Grand Slates of Inspire Slate roof.</p><p>2. If applicant decides on Inspire Slate it will be Slate Grey color.</p><p>3.
