What constitutes an outbreak? Depends on the disease and generally classify an outbreak when there’s an increase of a condition that is more than would normally be expected.  Re: Immunizations. Is higher incidence of vaccine-preventable disease correlated with people who are choosing not to vaccinate their children because they’re afraid of autism? It’s possible that if pockets of the population are opting out of vaccination, than herd immunity isn’t as strong.  Highlights.
