<p>Food Service Manager Certification Class</p><p>Environmental Services Ltd. (ESL), a Reno-based consulting firm, will be offering a Food Service Manager Certification class on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, 8AM - 6PM, Tonopah (location to be announced)</p><p>This is a ServSafe® Certification class for Food Service Managers in all Nevada counties. ESL classes are recognized and approved by the Washoe County District Health Department, as well as the State of Nevada Health Division, and meet all criteria for certification under both jurisdictions. ESL's instructors possess over 45 years of food safety experience, and have been teaching food safety in Northern Nevada for over 25 years. The class fee of $230 includes the ESLLC Study Guide*, the National Restaurant Association ServSafe Exam, as well as all other class materials. Lunch will be provided, with the lunch hour being devoted to the provided exam REVIEW questions. Reservations for this class may be made by submitting a non-refundable $100 deposit to ESLLC at the address (above). Seating for this class is limited.
