REPORT FROM THE APRIL 25th WORKING GROUP CALL:</p><p>Presentation of the content for the National Latino AIDS Action Agenda</p><p> Minutes from the working group call were distributed to everyone  There was an agreement on the outline of the three documents: 1. NATIONAL LATINO AIDS ACTION AGENDA 2. CALL TO ACTION 3. ACTION PLAN  All developed materials will be distributed to the entire planning committee for feedback, suggestions and recommendations.</p><p>Page 1 of 2 II. AGENDA RECCOMENDATIONS FOR THE MAY 20th FACE-TO- FACE MEETING AT HPLS</p><p> Agenda: 1. Introductions 2. Recap of the planning process 3. Who is participating? Who do we need to invite? 4. Content of Agenda: 4.a. Small working groups 4.b. Plenary 4.c. Summary 4.d. Action Steps 5. Date & Time for National Summit 6. Key Roles & Responsibilities</p><p> Recommendations for May 20th agenda: 1. Each workgroup will represent an identified issue. 2. Identify experts of particular topics (e.g. IDUs) 3. Data collection prior to May 20th and to have individuals bring there local/regional data on HIV/AIDS and Latinos to the meeting. 4. Cut map into quarters and have 4 workgroups compile the data from those sections of the US. 5. Report back via conference call for those not in attendance 6. Utilize resources for information collection: 6.a. Kaiser’s: statehealthfacts.org 6.b. State Health Departments are to have ’06 numbers posted on their websites.</p><p>III.
