Geographic scale issue 1: should we be providing information at the smallest geographic unit possible in all cases, or should we be using the same geographic units for all measures to promote consistency? 3. Geographic scale issue 2: is OTAG comfortable with the "County Subdivision" scale as defined by the U.S. Census? 4. General inquiries: any suggestions for improvement?
