<p>Artists and Authors Festival Sponsored by the Shaler North Hills Library Call for Artists and Authors</p><p>DATE: Saturday, May 14, 2016 TIME: 10:00am to 3:00pm LOCATION: Community Room, 2nd Floor, Shaler North Hills Library</p><p>Artists: Submit up to three pieces for display. Authors: Book a table. (Tables will be shared, depending on demand).  Artists & authors will share space and be available for meet & greet, book signings and sales.  Art & books are permitted to be sold.  Books will be on display in the display cases during the month of May.  All artists/authors must sign a contract with the library.  Contracts are due by April 25 th , 2016.  Art should be delivered from May 10-12 and collected by May 16. I understand that the Library maintains the right to reject artwork for display that is deemed unacceptable for comfortable viewing by the general public, including children.</p><p>I also understand that the Library and its representatives will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged artwork. The Library does agree to provide reasonable effort to ensure the safety of artwork while on the premises.</p><p>Artwork and books offered for sale must be labeled as such. The library will accept payment on behalf of artists or authors and forward to the artist/author.
