<p> Job Description</p><p>TITLE: Dietary Aide EFFECTIVE DATE: September 2, 2015 REPORTS TO: Dietary Manager METHOD OF PAY: Hourly</p><p>PURPOSE OF POSITION:</p><p>The primary purpose of the position is to prepare food as designated and serve meals to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility and as may be directed by the Dietary Manager.</p><p>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIES:</p><p>If no experience, you must be willing to be trained in the preparation of food and serving meals to residents in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations to assure that quality food service is provided at all times</p><p>KEY STRENGTHS AND REQUIREMENTS: </p><p> Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet.  Must be flexible in willingness and ability to work on any shift needed to meet the requirements of Magnolia Manor residents </p><p>EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:</p><p> High School diploma or GED  If no experience, you must be willing to be trained in the preparation of food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations to assure that quality food service is provided at all times.</p><p>Magnolia Manor – Cook Page | 1 </p>
