<p> Wethersfield Alumni Athletic Hall of Fame Scholarship Award</p><p>The WAAHOF is offering three $1,500 scholarships to student athletes from Wethersfield High School. The scholarships will be awarded at the spring Sports Awards program.</p><p>The award criteria are as follows:</p><p> Applicant must be a senior male or female pursuing a post- secondary education  Applicant must be of good character, possess leadership abilities, and must display the dedication necessary to achieve both individual and team goals.  Applicant must be someone who exceeded expectations and must possess an innate ability, through hard work, to achieve success both on the field and in the classroom.  Along with the athlete’s application, a recommendation by a coach must be completed.</p><p>Attached you will find an application that needs to be completed by you, the athlete, and a second recommendation form that must be given to your coach.</p><p>Application is due by Monday, May 18, 2015. Applications not submitted by this date, will not be considered.</p><p>It is recommended that the athlete check with the coach and/or the athletic office to be sure all the paperwork has been turned in by the due date.
