All questions, errors or concerns when reviewing this information is your responsibility to get answers on and clarify with the customer or architect so the proposal is as accurate as possible. Complete an accurate take off and price out qualified products to meet the jobs requirements. All pricing from vendors need to be saved in the job folder, any discounts given from the vendor need to be clearly noted and saved in the job folder as well. Prepare proposal which is to be submitted to customer, complete with all notes or RFI’s clearly noted for the Salesmen and Customers understand. Set up new job folders and keep them organized during the bidding stages. </p><p>Other Duties: Work with salesmen closely in bidding stages to ensure the right product is being bid and that the salesmen understand the job and proposal. Once the job has been awarded to Walker Windows working with Contracts (i.e. schedule of values), Project Managers and the Operations team to help them understand the project. </p><p>Relationships / Contacts: (Salesmen, Project Managers, Billing, Operations, Vendors, Customers and Architects)</p><p>The preceding functions have been provided examples of the types of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification. Experience and understanding of construction and architectural drawings.
