Open Forum Updates 2.1.Contact with Clubs? Nat is not present, no update 2.2.GSWA Open Forum October 24, 8pm a. Abby will contact Nat about whether the meeting is open to all members of college </p><p>3. Prevention campaigns brainstorming a. *Last week: Concrete ideas to have something to talk about when Corie meets Gilberto b. Jace: do a record article about the campaign c. Corie: we need to address mental health on campus d. Mental Health: Kethayun- Reach out to the theatre department and see if they are willing to do something surrounding mental health e. Alcohol and Substance Abuse f. Vanessa: More of a social media presence needed 3.1.i. Abby will check on the facebook page 3.1.ii. Elijah will manage and monitor the page</p><p>4. Sanitary Pads/Tampons in all Academic Buildings Update a. Have a contact person but no response b. Put back onto next week’s agenda</p><p>5. Security Cameras Update a. Prayer room specifically for Muslim Students – Kyra a. Prayer room in Kulp basement b. Kyra- understand what brought on this request</p><p>2. Fire pit in KM courtyard – Elijah a. Corie: this would need an oversight by management. Need to figure out who would want to take up this responsibility. b. Would need to pitch this idea to Callie (housing) c. Do up the KY lawn? - Keep the lights up across the KY lawn - Jace and Elijah will write up a proposal </p><p>VI. Adjournment </p>
