Expert-level knowledge of US Customs laws and regulations is a must, especially in the areas of Customs Tariffs (HTSUS, etc), Duty Drawback, Binding Rulings, Appeals, Duty Refunds, Trade Agreements (NAFTA, etc). Timing and location of work can be somewhat flexible (within the structure and requirements of the project). Responsibilities Provide consulting in customs-related matters including but not limited to the following:  Harmonized tariff classification determinations, reviews and opinions  Analysis of import entry data  Application for Customs Rulings in complex tariffs, origin and valuation  Post entry adjustments including appeals and protests  Duty drawbacks and other recoveries  NAFTA and other trade agreements</p><p>Qualifications  Must have current US Customs qualifications – ie a Licensed Customs Broker or Certified Customs Specialist  10 or more years progressive experience in the Customs field  In depth knowledge of customs legislation, regulations, tariff schedules, FTAs  Extensive hands on experience with HTSUS classification and analysis  Experience with drawbacks and Customs compliance or duty recovery audits  Proven analytical ability  Excellent communication skills</p><p>If You Are Interested Please reply attaching your resume in Word or PDF format.
