<p>Introducing RFP Director: The New RFP Solution for the Retirement Partners Tool Suite</p><p>Over the last two years, we have been working with Tool Suite subscribers to improve the RFP solution in the Tool Suite offering. Based on extensive feedback and trials, we made the decision to replace the current tool, SearchPro with a new provider benchmarking solution, RFP Director.</p><p>RFP Director is an enhanced offering and incorporates the following features: </p><p>. Fully automated RFP process, providing ‘apples to apples’ comparison of provider capabilities</p><p>. Streamlined RFP process that can generate reports in minutes</p><p>. Ability to add custom questions and build custom templates</p><p>. Advisor assigns numerical weight to evaluation categories based on plan sponsor needs</p><p>. Intuitive navigation</p><p>. Fully integrated into Fiduciary Monitoring System, allowing seamless plan creation for chosen line-ups </p><p>. Completely customizable output</p><p>RFP Director is available now to all Tool Suite subscribers. To access this new tool, simply sign in to the Fiduciary Monitoring System and follow the link to RFP Director. If you are currently using SearchPro, it is still available to you until April 30, 2014. You may choose to complete open RFPs in that system, or move that information over to the new tool to complete. You will want to enter all new RFPs into RFP Director. </p><p>We understand that moving to a new tool and process can be cumbersome. In order to adequately support your experience, we are offering bi-weekly live training on this new tool beginning this week and continuing through the end of March.
