This would eliminate the agency having to deposit the money in their account and then send in an agency check. After a payment is uploaded, Wisconsin Mutual will withdraw the amount from a specified account and send a detailed withdrawal summary email. This feature is different from direct deposit of agent commissions. If your agency has previously signed up for commissions being direct deposited, you must separately sign up for this feature. Separate accounts may be specified for each option.</p><p>Instructions The Agent Sweep feature is located in the Policy Navigation section on WMI Agent Access page @ www.wiins.com/agent_access.htm. On the initial entry screen you will need to enter Policy Number, Amount Paid, Payment Type, and Received By. Once you click the Submit button, it will take you to a Verification Screen, that includes the policyholders name according to policy entered. This Verification Screen will include all of the sweep information for you to verify. From there you will press the Complete Payment button to complete the payment or use your browser's BACK button to return to the form. Then the Receipt of Payment screen will be displayed to print. The payment has not been submitted until the Receipt of Payment has been displayed. You will receive an email of the withdrawal summary when the withdrawal has been submitted to the bank. The email will be from [email protected]. It will have a .txt file as the subject and as an attachment.
