<p> MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF GREATER MUMBAI PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT NO:HO / 42710 / RI Dtd: 8.3.2013</p><p>Minutes of the Meeting held under the Chairmanship of Hon. Eng.(DP) 12. Mr. J.H. Talreja E.E. (BPES II)</p><p>In the meeting following issues were discussed:</p><p>1. Change of User :- A.M.C. (WS) pointed out to Hon. M.C. that the Hon’ble High Court had directed the then Hon. M.C. to hear the petitioners and accordingly they were heard and the then Hon. M.C. passed Speaking Orders which is operative at present. Dr. C.M. Purandare requested the Hon. M.C. to intervene in this order. Hon. M.C. told that since the Speaking Orders of the then Hon. M.C. are operative they may approached the Hon’ble High Court and also stated that the MCGM is willing for arbitration process.</p><p>2. Fire NOC :- It was unanimously decided that the Nursing Home owners would submit an affidavit drafted by the Legal Department, mentioning the compliance of the requirements given in the subjective NOC issued by the Fire Department.</p><p>3. Registration for 3 years :- Hon. M.C. directed Exe. Health Officer to ensure that henceforth from 1st April onwards all registrations of Nursing Homes should be done according to the amended Bombay Nursing Home Registration Act for a period of 3 years ending on 31st March.</p><p>The meeting concluded with vote of thanks to the Chair.</p><p>Sd/- Sd/- Sd/- Executive Health Officer Addl.
