<p> CHS Guidance Newsletter </p><p>Scheduling Edition November 30, 2016 Scheduling Edition ATTENTION SOPHOMORES AND PARENTS:</p><p>On Monday, December 12th, the counselors will be meeting with their 10th grade students to conduct sophomore meetings. Students have been scheduled to meet in the Black Box Theater as follows: Period 1: students whose counselors are Ms. Boer and Mr. Maietta Period 2: students whose counselors are Ms. Balassone and Mr. Berrios Period 3: students whose counselors are Ms. Hicks and Mr. Clyburn Period 4: students whose counselors are Ms. Martelli and Ms. Conway Period 8: students whose counselors are Mrs. Akinrolabu and Mrs. Renelle</p><p>Students will have an activity code entered into their attendance by data processing for the period they are meeting. If your student does not know who their counselor is, please have them check in PowerSchool or in Guidance. PLEASE REMIND YOUR STUDENTS TO ATTEND THIS MEETING COURSE SELECTION MEETINGS FOR GRADES 9 THROUGH 11</p><p>Course selection meetings for Grades 9 through 11 will take place on December 5, 6 and 7th. The students will be called down to the Auditorium as follows:</p><p>December 5, 2016 : Grade 11 Period 2: Junior students with last names starting with the letters A-Joh Period 8: Junior students with the last names starting with the letters Joj-Z</p><p>December 6, 2016: Grade 10 Period 2: Sophomore students with last names starting with the letters A-Kem Period 8: Sophomore students with the last names starting with the letters Ken-Z</p><p>December 7, 2016: Grade 9 Period 2: Freshmen students with last names starting with the letters A-Ka Period 8: Freshmen students with last names starting with the letters Kb-Z </p>
