<p> Join the more than 90 livestock producers from across Indiana who publicly demonstrate their commitment to animal care, environmental stewardship, food safety, biosecurity, emergency planning and community relations by becoming a Certified Livestock Producer. </p><p>Why should all livestock producers become certified?</p><p>Consumer confidence is important to ALL producers</p><p>The average American is three to four generations removed from the farm and less than two percent are involved in agriculture. With fewer and fewer people involved in agriculture each year, consumers are becoming more and more interested in learning where their food comes from and how it is produced.
