We would have the monthly meeting first, then the AGM.</p><p>3 MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING</p><p>3.1 The minutes of the meeting held on 5 July 2006 were read, approved and accepted as a true record.</p><p>Proposed, Tony Easson, Seconded Dave Evans.</p><p>4 MATTERS ARISING FROM LAST MEETING</p><p>None.</p><p>5 DATE, TIME AND VENUE OF NEXT MEETING</p><p>5.1 This would normally be 18 October, but it was considered that this is too long a gap because today’s meeting was curtailed by the AGM.</p><p>5.2 There was a discussion about which day of the week. It was decided to experiment with alternating the day Monday, Tuesday, and discuss it again thereafter.</p><p>5.3 Next meeting will be at 6:00pm on Monday 2 October 2006 at Caldicot Day Luncheon Centre, Sandy Lane, Caldicot.</p><p>Severnside Area Forum 06.09.06 Page 2 of 2</p>
