<p> OPEN SPACE ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 5, 2012</p><p>PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE PUBLIC NOTICE: Adequate notice of this public meeting has been made in accordance with the 1975 Open Public Meetings Act inasmuch as a notice has been published in the New Jersey Herald, transmitted to the Star Ledger and posted at the Municipal Building, 150 Kennedy Road, Tranquility, NJ.</p><p>ROLL CALL: Louis Caruso, Daniel Conkling, Roy Aull, Marie Meyer, Katie Besbris, Paul Nusbaum and Gladys Golder</p><p>Members Present: Louis Caruso, Daniel Conkling, Roy Aull, and Gladys Golder Also present: Patty DeClesis, Secretary</p><p>Gladys Golder made a motion to excuse Katie Besbris, Marie Meyer and Paul Nusbaum, seconded by Roy Aull.</p><p>MINUTES: Approval of minutes of April 4, 2012</p><p>Motion to approve the minutes of April 4, 2012, was made by Daniel Conkling seconded by Roy Aull. No discussion. Approved by Louis Caruso, Daniel Conkling, Roy Aull, and Gladys Golder, Motion carried.</p><p>UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None</p><p>NEW BUSINESS: Mr. Caruso mentioned putting a map of open space and preserved lands on the Township website. Mrs. Peralta, Township Clerk/Administrator had informed Mr. Caruso that after the reevaluation, the mapping will be done electronically. Mr. Caruso asked Mrs. Golder to contact Mr. Rich Vohden, Chairman of the Environ- mental Committee and let them know we would like to work together.</p><p>Mr. Caruso informed the Committee of the PIG (Planning Incentive Grant) Application prepared by the Land Conservancy of New Jersey. The Committee reviewed and discussed the application and will make a recommendation to the Township Committee to continue with the application. Mr. Aull made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Golder to forward the Application to the Township Committee. All in favor, motion carried. Mr. Conkling suggested a have a joint meeting with the Agriculture Committee to exchange information and share ideas. A meeting will be scheduled for January or February.</p><p>Mr. Conkling updated the Committee on the property on Airport Road. There are 8 10 acre industrial lots that will bring in about $650,000.00 in taxes.</p><p>PUBLIC COMMENTS AND/OR QUESTIONS: None</p><p>EXECUTIVE BUSINESS: None</p><p>Patty DeClesis handed out minutes from the Planning Board Meetings of March, June and September.</p><p>The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at 7:30 p.m.</p><p>Motion to adjourn was made by Roy Aull seconded by Gladys Golder.
