<p>Area and Perimeter Blueprint Project Directions</p><p>You will use your 1 cm graph paper to create a blueprint of the floor plan of your dream house. Your house must have at least 5 rooms and no more than 10 rooms. Your rooms must be labeled with what room it is. You must also find the perimeter and area of each room (make you sure you write the formula you used to find the area and perimeter) and put this inside each room. Once you have completed your floor plan you will need to find the area and perimeter of your total house. You may add up to 3 pieces of furniture in each room if you choose. You can color the rooms lightly if you chose (Remember I need to be able to see what the room is and the area and perimeter of each room). Think about the kinds of rooms you really need in your house and the kinds of rooms you would like in the house. Make your rooms proportional to the size the rooms need to be. Be creative and have fun and ask for help if you need it. See the rubric for the grading scale on this project. </p>
