<p> Regency Point Condominium Association, Inc. Homeowners Association Meeting June 17, 2013</p><p>Call To Order</p><p>The Regency Point Condominium Association, Inc. meeting was held at 2483 Nicholasville Road, in Lexington, Kentucky, on Monday, June 17, 2013. The meeting convened at 7:07pm with President Jennifer Ebert, Vice President Joseph Taraba, Secretary Maggie Wilson, and Treasurer Janet Cox.</p><p>Persons In Attendance</p><p>Jennifer Ebert, Joseph Taraba, Maggie Wilson, Janet Cox, Virginia Smith.</p><p>Others in Attendance</p><p>Meredith and Heather of DellaValle Management, Inc.</p><p>Those Not In Attendance</p><p>Carol DeLeo, Pat Drosick, and Chris Burlile</p><p>Approval of Minutes</p><p>A motion was made to approve the May board meeting minutes. Motion passes.</p><p>New Business</p><p>Communications Director, Chris Burlile, has stepped down from his position. The board is searching for a replacement. All nominations or interest in the position should be directed to President Jennifer Ebert.</p><p>If gate-opener clicker fobs are not working to open the gate, the owner needs to contact Heather, of DellaValle Management Inc. to re-program the fob number into the code box.</p><p>Unfinished Business</p><p>Heather, of DMI, is to follow-up with Michael about landscape issues.</p><p>Determine when the contract with the landscapers is finished or if the contract can be terminated at any time.</p><p>Discuss with Glen DellaValle if a letter was sent to the landscape company about dissatisfaction of landscape presentation and work.</p><p>Re-check with the Lexington Police Department the radio frequency to be programmed to the Clik-2-Enter box for emergent situations. Robert Ryan, the association’s attorney, is still to look into the money/write-off for three foreclosed units (114, 150, 237).</p><p>Heather is to obtain two tow company’s contracts for details about towing options for the neighborhood parking lot.</p><p>Heather is to make one dog pail waste bin from a home improvement store. These are to be hung on the dog bag poles for easier access to disposal.
