To Change the Border/Shading Colours

<p>2Table 2 1Table 1 1</p><p>2 b a T l b a T l 2 e 1 e Instructions:</p><p>Table numbers are designed to print on standard 8.5” x 11” paper. After printing, cut page in half and fold using table in file as guide. Attach the top of the page together using glue dots or double sided tape. If you’re not using thick cardstock, you may need to weigh down the page by taping a penny to the bottom. </p><p>To change the border/shading colours:</p><p>1. Click on the border or cell you wish to change. 2. Select Format > Borders and Shading. 3. Choose the style and colour you would like and choose ‘OK’. </p><p>Note: The Table Number boxes can be changed using ‘Shape Fill’ under the ‘Format’ Tab with newer versions of MSWord.</p><p>To add extra pages:</p><p>1. Place cursor in front of the word “Instructions”. 2. Select Insert > Break and select Page Break (leave other circles unchecked). 3. Select table on previous page. 4. Copy, and paste on the new blank page you created. 5. Change the table numbers and captions to your desired text/numbers.</p><p>Good Luck!</p><p> design.jodyprouse.com</p>
