Chemicals Supplies Needed Supplies we have 2% starch solution 300 mL Tape measures Lemons, limes, oranges, grape fruit (2- 4 each Vitamin C tablets (100-500 mg) 25 Knife for cutting fruit Iodine solution 1 L Juicer if available 1% I2 /2% KI; 10 g I2 + 20 g KI per liter (1000 mL).
