Call to Order 3:08pm</p><p>II. Role Call Done. </p><p>III. Approval of the Minutes For meetings 1 and 2. Minutes are approved. </p><p>IV. Public Comments Bahman- there is a agenda request form online. (ASG WEBSITE)</p><p>V. Officer Reports Drew-ICC had their first meeting. First event is “Make a Pledge event.” They are going to be doing a budget workshop next week. Dylan- Went to the events committee. Make sure that if anyone has any ideas, it gets to the right people. Chantelle- Met with the honors committee counsel. </p><p>Conference with IVC and Saddleback. Nov 16th (If you have done a research paper in the past, you can do it at the conference). Nov, 23rd event will Research conference for this year will be in New Orleans. The one on the 16th of Nov will be free for the public Nina- Nothing with publicity. Helping with the blood drive. Shahrzad- Planning events for October. (Homecoming, Halloween night) Briana- Went over how to put up the minutes, and that the only minutes that will be put up online will be the approved ones from the week before. Audra- Sharepoint and how it will be implemented soon. This is where all of the minutes will be for the general public to see. </p><p>Template for Minutes- New one will be issued where the names of the members in the committee will be there already and that the “box” for the member names will be under the roll call area. VI. Advisor Reports Audra- “Doing Great! Any questions, she is there for help.”</p><p>VII. Unfinished Business Member of the Month- Ideas? Do the M.O.M. via Simplicity? Do an adobe form. On the form there will be : - Name and ID Number of person submitting - Name f nominee - Date Submitted - Reason Dates for M.O.M.: - Announced: 1st week of the new month - 24th is the deadline for each month VIII. New Business Revising Bylaws- Things that have come up. Distinguishing between councils and committees. The fact that councils are “official cohesive part of government” so they must have their agendas in 72 hours prior to the actual meeting. The Committees focus is mostly on events, they do not have to have their agendas within that time period. IX. Announcements</p><p>Go over the ASG constitution this week so we can go over it next meeting. Revise template and take out announcements</p><p>X. Adjournment</p><p>3:55pm meeting adjourned. </p>
