<p> School/Police Grant Awards 2014/2015 July 2014</p><p>School Attendance Model Kindergarten Program The School Attendance Model Kindergarten Program implements a specific model prevention approach for kindergarten students in 55 schools in 11 school districts in Connecticut. Funds of $4,000 per school will primarily be used to contract for a part-time outreach worker.
