The statistics are overwhelming:</p><p> 60% of American adults do not engage in the recommended amount of physical activity, and over 25% report no leisure time physical activity at all.  61% of the American adult population are either obese or overweight.  72% percent of Americans experience frequent stress-related physical or mental conditions.</p><p>To address these growing health concerns and keep all (company name) employees in the best health possible, we will be bringing you a year full of new and interactive programs designed to keep you healthy and informed. Throughout the year you will have the opportunity to take part in several educational initiatives beginning with a confidential Personal Health Profile. This Profile will provide you with personalized guidance for achieving your own health needs and goals, and will serve as a basis for future program planning.
