<p> 5180 Board Page 1 of 1 Complaints and Grievances Policy by Employees First Supervisory District of Suffolk County 201 Sunrise Highway Patchogue, New York 11772</p><p>In accordance with the provisions of NYS General Municipal Law and applicable collective bargaining agreements, all Eastern Suffolk BOCES employees shall have the opportunity to present their complaints or grievances free from interference, coercion, restraint, discrimination or reprisal. The Board shall provide at least two procedural stages and an appellate stage for the settlement of any grievance.</p><p>Complaints or grievances not covered under applicable collective bargaining agreements shall be handled and resolved, whenever possible, as close to their origin as possible.
