<p> Intent to Apply 2015 Request for Proposal </p><p>In 2015, Multifamily RFP applications must be submitted through Box.com and one hard copy must be submitted no later than June 18, 2015 to Minnesota Housing. </p><p>Minnesota Housing will create a Box.com account for you using the information you provide below. If there are multiple people who will need access to the Box.com account, list each person’s name and email address below. Once an online account has been created, we will send an email notification to all addresses listed on this form. The email notification will include instructions on how to upload the RFP application and all supporting attachments and documents. </p><p>This form will also be used to order appraisals.
