<p>Special Operations Waiver Procedures</p><p>The FAA may approve an additional reservation for non-emergency flights in support of national security, law enforcement, military aircraft operations, public-use aircraft or other critical service flights.</p><p>Procedures</p><p> Eligible operators are expected to utilize standard reservation procedures to the extent possible. </p><p> Requests for qualifying additional reservations must be made to the ARO. </p><p> The ARO may require additional information from the operator beyond the proposed time of the operation, in consideration of the request. The primary consideration of the ARO will be the impact of additional flights on the current or expected capacity at the given airport. </p><p> The ARO may deny a request or grant approval for other than the requested time. </p>
