Unless otherwise stated, items may be taken out of the order presented on the agenda by the discretion of the Director. Items may also be combined for consideration or pulled or removed from the agenda at any time. Persons who have business before the committee are solely responsible to see that they are present when their business is conducted. Public comments may be limited to three minutes per person at the discretion of the Director. The Committee may only take action on those items denoted as potential action items.</p><p>NOTICE: Reasonable efforts will be made to assist and accommodate physically handicapped persons desiring to attend the meeting. Report on the allocation of 2013 State Volume CAP to local governments based upon pro rata share of State’s population;</p><p>6. Report on usage and reversions of 2013 State Volume CAP by local governments and agencies receiving CAP;</p><p>7. Discussion and possible action approving local government transfer orders and requests regarding disposition of local government 2013 Volume CAP;</p><p>8. Report on requests for 2013 Volume CAP by Director and other agencies or issues: a) The Director’s small issue industrial development revenue bond program and other industrial or energy conduit issuances needing volume cap or reversion there from b) The Nevada Housing Division’s single and/or multifamily bond programs c) The Nevada Rural Housing Authority’s request to transfer bond cap to mortgage credit certificates d) Other requestors for the Director’s share of 2013 State Volume CAP</p><p>9.
