McCoy, Pastor</p><p>August 20, 2013</p><p>Dear National Officers, Elders and Pastors:</p><p>Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, as you are aware the 97th Annual Convention of the Greater Eastern, South Western, South Central and Central Districts is fast approaching. </p><p>This year the convention will be held from Thursday, October 31 through Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Zion Tabernacle F.B.H. Church, 710 Douglas Drive, Thomasville, North Carolina. We are delighted to serve as the host for this year’s convention. </p><p>To ensure that your stay is enjoyable and comfortable, we have secured and selected several hotels for your convenient.</p><p>All hotels rooms are set up for arrival on Thursday, October 31, 2013. If you desire to come in on Wednesday, October 30, 2013, please call and advise the hotel of your plans. You will still be able to receive the negotiated rates.</p><p>Enclosed is a list of recommended hotels to assist you in your planning. When calling, please identify yourselves as being part of Zion Tabernacle F.B.H. Church Convention group with the exception of the Hampton Inn (see note under Hampton Inn). </p><p>The listed hotels are conveniently located and are approximately 20-25 minutes from the church.</p><p>Please note that each hotel has a cut-off date for reservations.
