The Cybersecurity Symposium will be held prior to the World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA-04). The Cybersecurity Symposium will open at 0930 hours on 4 October 2004 with an official session and will close at 1745 hours. It is possible for non ITU-T members to participate in the Cybersecurity Symposium.</p><p>8 Passports and visas Participants are advised to check with the Brazilian Embassy or Consulate in their own country if a visa is required for the purposes of their visit to Brazil. Participants should also be aware that, according to Brazilian health regulations, participants arriving from the following countries or geographical area MUST carry an international health/vaccination card (issued by the World Health Organization) which states that a Yellow Fever vaccination has been taken no less than 10 days prior to departure: Angola, Benin, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Colombia, Congo, Ecuador, French Guiana, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria, Peru, Sierra Leone, Sudan and Venezuela.</p><p>9 Registration of participants Registration of participants will take place at the Cybersecurity Symposium venue on Sunday, 3 October 2004 from 1000 hours to 1230 hours and from 1400 hours to 1800 hours and on Monday, 4 October 2004 as from 0800 hours. Participants who plan to attend both the Cybersecurity Symposium and WTSA-04 will receive a badge for WTSA-04 giving also access to the Symposium. The registration procedure for WTSA-04 is given in TSB Circular 221, dated 25 February 2004. Participants to the Cybersecurity Symposium only will receive a badge valid for the day of the Symposium.
