<p>TOWN OF CHINA IMPLEMENTATION COMMITTEE</p><p>Meeting minutes for July 14, 2011 Members present April Wood Carlaine Bovio Kyle Pierce Larry Rancourt Frank Soares Co-chair Lucas Adams Co-chair Rick Hayden Scott Pierz Irene Belanger Frank O’Hara Jamie Pitney Joann Austin</p><p>-meeting called to order at 6:30pm by Hayden -minutes for July 14, 21 motioned to accept seconded by Belanger and approved by all -O’Hara started going over the site review ordinance -discussion over site review ordinance -Discussion over changes to chapter land use ordinance -some discussion about the map that was created three meetings ago -addition of residential area to three mile pond area -discussion about route 3 corridor -Pierz motioned to have the comp plan route 3 commercial map, Belanger seconded -vote denied -Pitney motioned that we present all we have with no consensus by the committee, Pierz seconded Vote was passed to present this at next meeting -motion to adjourn by Bovio, seconded by Pierz approved by all -next meeting to be held August 4th</p>
