<p>November 1, 2016</p><p>Dear Parents and Students,</p><p>Plans are well underway for another awesome Camp WOW. It will soon be time to register for Camp WOW 2017. The dates for our camp are Fri., June 23 through Mon., June 26, 2017. The cost is $260.00. Each individual camper must turn in a completed registration form and a $60 non-refundable deposit. We will begin accepting registrations and deposits on Tuesday, November 1. Need to know more about Camp WOW? Please join us for our Information Meeting on Monday, November 7th to hear more about it. The balance of $200.00 will be due on May 1, 2017. Scholarship money is available. Please contact me ASAP about scholarships but before May 1. Scholarship money will be distributed at the discretion of the Youth Ministry Office and will be awarded on a first come/first serve basis.</p><p>Due to the limited number of camper spots available, registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. Registered St. Catherine’s parish families will have first priority over non- parishioners up until December 31st. After that date, we will add non-parishioners to the list in order of receipt of their registration and deposit. Non-parishioners are encouraged to register in November to secure the best possible spot on the waiting list.</p><p>On Monday, November 7th at 7:00pm we will have an Information Meeting about Camp WOW to hear more about this amazing three night and four day fun and faith-building event. Anyone who is accepted into camp is committing to stay for the entire event. Arriving late to camp or leaving camp early will jeopardize your Camp WOW registration. Therefore, please check your schedules to make sure that other events do not conflict with Camp WOW. If a registered camper needs to withdraw before December 31st, 2016, your deposit may be refunded (but not guaranteed) if we are able to fill the spot. After December 31, 2016 all deposits are non-refundable regardless of whether we are able to fill the spot. After May 1st, all camp fees are considered non-refundable unless the Youth Minister deems otherwise. </p><p>Thank you for your patience in this registration process.
