Antitrust violations are activities or practices that are noncompetitive or that attempt to restrain trade or commerce.</p><p>PROCEDURES:</p><p>This form should be included in the contract package if the anti-trust certification is not part of required certifications included in the contract.</p><p>The HHSC Program/Division that originates the request for the new contract is responsible to ensure that this form is included in the contract package forwarded to Administrative Services Development (ASD) for review, approval and execution.
