<p> To Implement the Open sources application, you have to install the following softwares in the local drive C or D as per the following order. 1. JDK for Windows (jdk-6u33-windows-i586) 2. Jboss SERVER (jboss-4.0.5.GA) 3. Postgresql DATABASE (postgresql-9.1.4-1-windows) Above mentioned Java tool kid , Database and Server should install before 17.10.2012. So that we can install the newly developed Budget application , which is developed in Open source software. The Budget application will sent you on or Before 17.10.2012. When You are completed the Data Entry Work, the application will create a data file Contains Budget Details. This data file should send to Head Office through E-mail. </p><p>Setting the system variables: JAVA_HOME, PATH and CLASSPATH: 1. Open the Control Panel -> System or Security –> System; the same thing can be done by right-clicking on MyComputer and choosing Properties System window in Windows 7 2. Choose Advanced System Settings option 3. Choose the Environment Variables option 4. In the System variables section it is selected New 5. Define the variable name, JAVA_HOME and its value C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_33 6. Insert a new system variable named, CLASSPATH and its value %JAVA_HOME %\jre6\lib 7. For PATH, if it already exists, select it and choose the Edit option; in the editor add the value;%JAVA_HOME%\bin (the new values are separated by a semicolon from the existing ones) Testing the system variables is done by opening a new command prompt window (Start -> cmd) and trying to launch the compiler with the command: by using next commands C:\Users\?????>echo %CLASSPATH% C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_16\jre6\lib</p><p>C:\Users\?????>echo %JAVA_HOME% C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_16</p><p>C:\Users\?????>echo %PATH% 8.
