<p>MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT FOR TEMPORARY SHELTER</p><p>This agreement, made in August 2013, establishes that in the event of a disaster that necessitates the evacuation of (INSERT FACILITY NAME) staff and residents, the undersigned facility will accept both into their building.</p><p>(Temporary shelter facility) could offer (type of room, bathroom facilities, security utilities) for residents until more appropriate shelter could be found.</p><p>The evacuated facility will send their qualified staff to care for the transferred residents.</p><p>The recipient facility will reimburse the donor facility for any food or supplies used during this period.
