Why should the winners and losers be skeptical? Does this bill officially confirm the inadequacy of the income tax to meet revenue needs? How should clients be responding?</p><p>A magna cum laude graduate from Cornell University and the holder of a J.D. and LL.M (Taxation) from the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University, Christopher serves as the Guardian/Deppe Chair in Pensions & Retirement Planning at The American College of Financial Services in Bryn Mawr, PA. Chris has designed and taught fifteen undergraduate, graduate or PhD courses in charitable gift planning, qualified and nonqualified compensation planning, business succession planning, income tax planning, and tax policy. Chris has created an introduction to financial, tax and compensation planning for a major privately held wealth management firm and a business succession planning courses for a national mutual insurance company. In recognition of his writings on the coordination of charitable giving with financial, estate and retirement-income planning, Chris received from Trusts & Estates a 2017 Distinguished Author Award at The Plaza Hotel in New York.
