For practical considerations we prefer to hold training at our Mindray facility in the Netherlands. This ensures undisturbed time with sufficient equipment, space and materials to achieve the highest quality result. Scheduled events including details of the content are notified (by email) to the Distributor Managers and Distributors annually in advance. </p><p>TRAINING Each Training session will be either 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) or 4 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Please refer to the training Schedule 2016 for more details. The training times will be from 09.00 – approx. 17.00 hrs. Arrival for participants on either Monday or Tuesday evening. That way we can start the first training day on time. Departure Friday after 17.00 hrs.</p><p>PARTICIPANTS For Service Engineers only. Not for end users or sales/clinical persons.</p><p>TRAINING EXPENSES For each training we charge a training fee of 200,00 Euro per person for a 3days training and 250,00 euro for a 4days training. This includes the training, training material and lunch. The participants are required to cover their own travel, accommodation and subsistence. Please provide a purchase order number for invoice purposes.</p><p>HOTEL We can make reservations for a hotel in Hoevelaken (special Mindray rate) and give recommendations for methods of travel. In case you decide to stay in another hotel, you are requested to make your own hotel reservation and organize the transfer between hotel and office yourself.</p><p>CLOSING DATE Due to organizational purposes, we ask you to fill out the attached form and return this to our office in the Netherlands. The closing date for participation is 3 weeks before the start date of each training. This way we can confirm you on time whether the training will take place or be postponed due to the minimum and maximum number of participants. This also gives you enough time to make your travel arrangements and for us to book a hotel room for you at a cheaper rate (if required) and make other arrangements.</p><p>CANCELLATION FEE Please be informed that once we confirmed your participation to a particular training date, but you decide to make a last minute cancellation, we will have to charge you for the training fee of 200,00/250,00 Euro anyway.
