Increase our committee members to include more families</p><p>- AFN to get information about groups that can provide information to families</p><p>- Mike will talk to SAP & Liaison </p><p>- Nicole will follow up next week</p><p>- Target groups</p><p> i. Family members with experience with mental health</p><p> ii. Transition Age group</p><p>- Ask providers if they can suggest client/individuals who might be interested to join our meeting</p><p>- Alliance for infants & toddlers might have parents with older children that might join</p><p>- Outpatients support groups</p><p>- Parent’s support groups - Try to recruit parents from AFN b. Utilizing printed posters in pediatrician offices, Medical Assistance offices, etc. that express “Hope and Support.”</p><p>- Pretty self-explanatory</p><p>- Make posters</p><p> i. NAMI</p><p> ii.
