<p> Johnston Peach Blossom Festival Beauty Pageant Sponsored by Little Stevens Creek Baptist Church – Proceeds for Mission Trips Saturday, March 20, 2010</p><p>Johnston Elementary School Gymnasium – 514 Lee Street, Johnston, SC 29832 Division I – 10:00 Division II – 2:00 Division III – 5:00 Rehearsal is the day of the pageant All Contestants: The following will be optional: *Spring sportswear competition for $10. Sportswear will be judged first. *Photogenic competition: Pictures (no larger than 8x10) need to be sent in with your application. Photogenic winners will receive a director’s gift. More than one photo may be entered. The first photo is $10. Additional photos are $5 each. Please be sure to put the contestant’s name on the back of the picture. We will not be responsible for any pictures left or damaged in mailing. *Best Dress in your category for $5</p><p>The dressing areas will be in the Johnston Elementary hallway. A discount will be given if you compete in each optional category. A multiple child discount of $5 is offered. One person is admitted free with each contestant.</p><p>Winners will be asked to ride in the Johnston Peach Blossom Parade on May 1 in Johnston. Parade is @ 11:00 a.m. If you are unable to ride, the 1st runner up will ride in your place. Admission is $5.00 for ages 6 and older - $1.00 for ages 5 and younger.</p><p>Division I – Infant – 5 years old – 10:00 Division I of the Miss Peach Blossom Pageant will be held at l0:00 AM Saturday, March 20, 2010. Doors to the gym will open at 8:30 for practice. Dressing rooms will be inside Johnston Elementary School this year. All contestants are asked to be there by 9:30 to register and pick up their number and any photogenic pictures. Division I contestants will be judged in short pageant dresses. Winners will receive a crown, banner, and trophy. All contestants will receive a tiara, because everyone is a winner!</p><p>Division II – Ages 6 – 10 – 2:00 Division II of the Miss Peach Blossom Pageant will be held at 2:00 Saturday, March 20, 2010. Doors to the gym will open at 12:30 for practice. Dressing rooms will be inside Johnston Elementary School this year. All contestants are asked to be there by 1:30 to register and pick up their number and any photogenic pictures. 6-8 year old contestants will be judged in short pageant dresses. 9 & 10 year old contestants have the option of short or long pageant dresses. Winners will receive a crown, banner, and trophy. All contestants will receive a participation trophy, because everyone is a winner!</p><p>Division III – Ages 11 – 20 – 5:00 Division II of the Miss Peach Blossom Pageant will be held at 5:00 Saturday, March 20, 2010. Doors to the gym will open at 3:30 for practice. Dressing rooms will be inside Johnston Elementary School this year. All contestants are asked to be there by 4:00 to register and pick up their number and any photogenic pictures. Practice will end at 4:45-no exceptions. *Attention: Miss Contestants (ages 17-20) **There will be an opening parade of the Miss contestants. Please wear a white blouse and blue jeans. * Miss winners will receive a crown, banner, trophy and a scholarship to the college of her choice! **The “Miss” category includes sportswear, best dress, photogenic and evening gown.
