Responsible for all mechanical engineering, design engineering, industrial engineering, process validation, plant maintenance, plant tool crib and mold repair and maintenance. Manufactured over 500K Barbies per week. Injection molding machine fleet over 165 machines. </p><p>Senior Staff Engineer, Mattel, Inc., Corporate El Segundo, CA, (March 1992 – September 1996). Senior member of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Group (AME). Provided support to all Mattel’s worldwide manufacturing facilities in regards to plastic injection molding, tooling and product design. </p><p>President/Inventor, WITI Products, (May 1987- March 1992). Designed, developed, manufactured and marketed plastic products “Easy Hang” and “Easy Wrench”.
