<p>IT Password Update/Reset Document</p><p>Overview/Objective: The objective of this document is to provide a useful and quick reference guide for Homeside employees to reset Homeside usernames/ passwords. Friendly Reminder regarding Usernames and Passwords:  Do not share or your username or password unless otherwise directed by executive staff.  Keep all username and passwords in a safe place with restricted access.  All users are responsible for storing, maintaining and updating passwords.  If you do not have a method to retain your username and password, please email [email protected] and a “Homeside Credential” spreadsheet can be emailed to you. </p><p>ADP Instructions on resetting your ADP password are as follows:  Please go to the website https://workforcenow.adp.com/public/index.htm  Click the link “Forgot Your User ID/Password”  Follow the prompts to reset your password. Credit Plus Instructions to reset your DO password are as follows:  Please go to https://credit.creditplus.com/custom/login.aspx  Click “Reset Password”  Follow the prompts to reset your password DO – Fannie Mae Instructions to reset your DO password are as follows:  Please click or enter the following link into your web browser to reset your DO password: https://profile- manager.efanniemae.com/integration/service/password/UserSelfService  Follow the prompts to reset your password</p><p>Email/Remote Desktop Note: Your remote desktop and your email password are synchronized. Changing one, will ultimately change them both. We have deployed a password self-service tool to help you reset your Windows domain passwords on your own without IT helpdesk assistance.
