<p> WHAT TO BRING</p><p>No more than two (2) suitcases. 1. No more than fourteen (14) hangers of clothing. 2. Return travel fare (Bus/Air/Train). 3. Results from the Health Screening Form. TB and HIV tests are required at the time of admission. These tests can be taken at any local clinic. 4. All necessary fees. Dismissal or withdrawal from the program will result in funds being forfeited. 5. All monies should be an approved credit card Visa/MC or cashier check for the initial Induction and tuition. All fees and are non-refundable. 6. A Bible (New International Version). 7. Notebook, two 3-ring binders, 3x5 index cards, paper, mechanical pencils, highlighters. 8. Postage stamps, envelopes, calling cards. 9. Toiletries: toothpaste, toothbrush and holder, soap and holder, deodorant, toilet tissue (at least 2 – 24 roll packs for the year), etc. 10.Electric Shaver (every student must be clean shaven). 11.Laundry detergent (at least 3 – 64 load cartons for the year), bleach, dryer sheets. 12.Dark Suits (1 or 2) and ties for church, collared shirts, casual slacks for classes and chapel, work clothing (shorts, pants, t-shirts, work boots, etc.). 13.Laundry is done once per week. Bring enough clothes to last between laundry days. 14.Dress shirts with collars (at least one white long-sleeved shirt). 15.4-5 pairs of jeans/shorts. 16.Undergarments. 17.Bath Robe 18.Shoes (work and dark dress). 19.Twin sized sheet set including 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet and 1 pillowcase. 20.One single bed blanket and pillow. 21.Towels and washcloths. 22.Medical and Dental insurance policies (bring policy numbers or cards). 23.Valid ID / Social Security Card / Copy of Birth Certificate 24.All cash will be kept in a Personal/Medical account. </p><p>I agree and understand that if I decide to withdraw, walk off, or am dismissed from the program, all funds in the student’s medical/personal account or any monthly fees paid will be forfeited to Teen Challenge.
