<p> DOCUMENT B1 – COMPLIANCE WITH SPECIFICATION</p><p>LOT 1 - STAGING Tenderers must describe in full detail how their proposal for each item listed meets the specification required in order to allow the evaluation panel to determine if your proposal is compliant. Only the information provided in Document B1 will be assessed, any other literature, information etc uploaded will not be assessed. Note: It is not sufficient to state that you can meet the specification, you must demonstrate how you meet the specification.</p><p>For Internal Use Only Details of Item Description Compliance Pass Fail</p><p>Minimum stage size should be 10mx6m. The stage must be fully covered, have the capability to facilitate a concert PA system and stage lighting. We require successful company to provide sufficient crew to rig and service the stage with it being available for use from 11.00am on the day of the event. Please note that quoted dimensions should not include wing space. We will require one set of access steps with full handrails for steps and stage Type 1 Staging and provision of working light for stage de-rig after the event.</p><p>Additionally we require a covered Front of House mixing position with a minimum size of 3mx3mx1m.</p><p>The Council will supply power however if any additional facilities, requirements or equipment form part of your tender - please include these in your submission. Please supply a separate cost for the addition of monitor wings with a minimum width of 4 metres. We will require two sets of access steps, a loading ramp and full handrails for steps, ramp and stage. Please allow for work lights to cover stage rigging and de-rig after the event. The successful company will deliver and remove the stage from the Type 2 Staging site and provide sufficient crew to rig and service whilst in use.</p><p>Additionally we require a covered Front of House mixing position with a minimum size of 4mx3mx1m.</p><p>The Council will supply power however if any additional facilities, requirements or equipment form part of your tender please include these in your submission.</p><p>Stage measuring 8m (W) x 5m (D) x 1m (H) complete with handrails, two sets of steps stage right and stage left and black skirt 3 sides. Type 3A Staging The successful company will deliver and remove the stage from the site and provide sufficient crew to rig and service whilst in use.</p><p>Stage measuring 3m (W) x 2m (D) x 300mm (H) complete with black skirt 4 sides.
