Approve Resolution No. 10-2016, “Kennedy Highlands Lots 32 & 36 Revised Subdivision. 5. Approve Resolution No. 11-2016, “Harbor Woods Living at Kennedy Preliminary Site Plan” with contingencies. 6. Approve the Char-West Council of Governments recommendation to accept the low bid of $3,895.00 from K.J. Johnston for the Fairhaven Park Ladies Room Renovations Community Block Grant project. 7. Ratify the hiring of Part-time Police Officer Ryan R. Abbott, effective June 28, 2016, in accordance with the compensation provisions of Police Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Kennedy Township Civil Service regulations. 8. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Allegheny County Conservation District and Kennedy Township, as reviewed by the Township Solicitor and recommended by the Township Engineer.
