An Ordinance Authorizing the Village Manager to Enter Into Contract with the Hamilton County

<p> 08-2017 March 28, 2017 </p><p>A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE POSITION OF CLERK OF COUNCIL.</p><p>WHEREAS, Council recently reviewed the duties and responsibilities for the position of Clerk of Council and has determined that the position should assume some additional responsibilities; and WHEREAS, Council has determined that the job description for the position of Clerk of Council should be revised to more fully reflect the additional responsibilities that the position requires; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Woodlawn, Hamilton County, Ohio, majority of all concurring: SECTION I The Council hereby approves the revised job description for Clerk of Council, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and which hereby replaces the job description for Clerk of Council previously approved by Council. </p><p>______MAYOR SUSAN UPTON FARLEY</p><p>Adopted the 28th day of March, 2017.</p><p>ATTESTED BY: </p><p>Barbara Battle Municipal Clerk CERTIFICATE</p><p>I, BARBARA BATTLE, Clerk of Council of the Village of Woodlawn, Ohio, hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by the Council of the Village of Woodlawn, Ohio, on the 28th March, 2017.</p><p>______BARBARA BATTLE CLERK OF COUNCIL</p><p>APPROVED AS TO FORM:</p><p>______Emily T.
